Research Areas
My research looks at international environmental governance of electronic waste recycling. My work crosses both environmental and social sciences through a political ecology and science studies approach. I am interested in questions around value/risk discourses; the politics of quantification-calculation, classification, and standards; and the political economy of global environmental governance. In my dissertation, I am focusing on the practices of producing e-waste science.
