Alicia Sommerfeld earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Cultural Studies with a specialization in Media Studies at the University of Koblenz-Landau. After having conducted in-depth studies on Hate Speech and Counter Speech in her Bachelor’s and Master’s theses, she now explores the rhetoric of “Algorithmic Cultures”. Apart from her studies, Alicia has a strong passion for teaching and supporting students in their academic careers which she discovered while working as a tutor for undergraduate students and also by co-founding a network for young academics.
