The Center for Science, Technology, Medicine, and Society at UC-Berkeley is delighted to offer a summer school on our campus August 20-21, 2016.

The purpose of Framing the Infinite: the Social Sciences of Space and Cosmology is to provide a venue for established academics and doctoral students to share and discuss their research in the fields of History of Science and Technology and STS. We invite participation from all interested individuals at all points in their careers, academic or otherwise.  Given the diversity of fields and experiences that will be present, interdisciplinary conversation will be key.
