Please join us on Thursday, November 21st at 12:00 pm in 470 Stephens Hall for a discussion with Daniel Lewis regarding a chapter from his book, The Feathery Tribe: Robert Ridgway and the Modern Study of Birds (Yale 2012). The chapter is titled “Nomenclatural Struggles, Checkists, and Codes.” You are encouraged to come with questions and comments to facilitate the discussion.
