Henning Laux
Visiting Scholar, CSTMS and Professor of Sociological Theory at the Leibniz Center for Science and Society, University of Hannover

The presenter for the upcoming workshop on April 16th will be Henning Laux, Visiting Scholar at CSTMS and Professor of Sociological Theory at the University of Hannover. He will be presenting his draft: “Cultured Meat and the Polis of World Salvation.”

The STS/ HST workshops focus on providing a safe and relaxed atmosphere for all to present their research, get feedback, and build an interdisciplinary community of visiting scholars, visiting student researchers, and graduate students across UC Berkeley. The workshops will be held bi-weekly on Wednesdays at 470 Stephens Hall between 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
