Faridah Laffan
Doctoral Candidate in the Department of Science & Technology Studies, Cornell University

The presenter for the upcoming workshop on November 13th will be Faridah Laffan, a PhD student at Cornell University. She will be presenting her draft: “The Gospel Truth: Philologists and the Society of Biblical Archaeology.”

The STS/ HST workshops focus on providing a safe and relaxed atmosphere for all to present their research, get feedback, and build an interdisciplinary community of visiting scholars, visiting student researchers, and graduate students across UC Berkeley. The workshops will be held bi-weekly on Wednesdays at 470 Stephens Hall between 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
