This year’s Fall Mixer will be held on Thursday, December 5th from 5:30-8pm at Raleigh’s Pub in Berkeley. Responses to this year’s exploratory survey reflected multiple campuses (UC Berkeley, SJSU, UCSF, and Stanford, along with a handful of non-academic institutions), and the diversity of interests (from “critical histories of environmental and biomedical sciences” to “the ethical, legal and policy implications of genomics) – come (re)connect with colleagues and friends over light refreshments (some food will be provided), see where our interests intersect, and lay down plans for the next semester’s reading and writing groups.
