The STS/HST Working Group Meeting will be held Tuesday, June 4th, in 470 Stephens Hall from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. For this meeting, Javier Armas, graduate student of Mesoamerican science at the History Department of SF State University, will be presenting their draft, “Forging Paths in Medical Cannabis: The Legacies of José Antonio Alzate y Ramírez and Dr. William B. The working group focuses on providing a safe and relaxed atmosphere for all to present their research, get feedback, and build an interdisciplinary community of visiting scholars, graduate students, and visiting student researchers across UC Berkeley.
